The project consisted of a platform to publicize events and sell booths and sponsorships for sector fairs and various events. Lasting six months, the team responsible for the project was made up of three developers and one UX Designer in addition to the stakeholders.
Seu stand is the platform that connects fair and event organizers to their exhibitors and customers. A showcase of opportunities, for those who want to guarantee the best results at the biggest fairs in Brazil. It arose from the need of two event organizers who needed to meet the demands of their customers that were always looking for a solution for selling booths. After more than ten years organizing fairs and events, these two entrepreneurs decided to create an automated, more agile way to help sales booths with more transparency.

CSD Matrix
A CSD matrix, also known as a Certainties, Suppositions and Doubts, is a tool used to organize and analyze relevant information during the planning phase of a project.
The team used the CSD Matrix to raise the first hypotheses about the booth purchase and sale at events. This process was essential to support the next stages of the research, ensuring alignment with the needs and expectations of the fairs and events market.
